Thanks for your comment karthick. Whenever i was stressed i used to scribble something or whatever comes in my mind. I feel like all my tensions thrown out with the scribbled paper. Then i sit erect for a deep breath to relax and energize as well. why don you try this?
Nice link. Why dont you try some links for stress related issues or how to overcome stree. this would be more useful for many people.
